Dan Lane - Executive Chef
Bringing a competitive flare and championship spirit, Chef Dan Lane is the UNION STRAW Executive Chef. He is a decorated competitive culinary artist with over a decade of experience at some of the best restaurants in the Greater Boston Area. His most recent stops include Bison County in Waltham, The Biltmore in Newton, and The Blue Room in Cambridge. On top of these locations, Chef Lane has been on the road with Grand Smoke Railroad as Pit Master wowing judges with his big flavors and delicious looking plates. He is a Two-Time Qualifier at the World Food Championships and was the 2018 Culinary Fight Club "Here's the Beef" Boston winner. He is a product of Newbury College.

Kamryn Harrison - Executive Sous Chef
"Kam" is such a kind and talented human. She is a local girl made good. Even at her young age, she is a fast learner with more talent than should seem possible.
Her culinary education is from Le Cordon Bleu Boston. She has worked fine dining to brasserie and has been with the UNION STRAW team from the planning stages over a year before we opened. Her culinary talents are immense and her skills as a leader are growing by the day in our kitchen. She is definitely the sweet part of this team and the best gal for the job.
